Delivery dates and times: The delivery days for your products are from Monday to Friday from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm for Athens, Thessaloniki, Patras. For the rest of Greece and abroad, the delivery times of the respective Transport Company apply. For orders within Athens, delivery is also possible on Saturday (if requested in the comments of the order). In case of shipment on Saturday, you agree that the delivery of the products will be charged according to the policy of the respective carrier. Product delivery time: Subject to what is expressly stated in the Terms of Use and Transactions If your order is completed by 12:30 pm from Monday to Friday, products delivered to Attica, Thessaloniki, Patras and other major urban cities within two (2) working days, within three (3) working days in the rest of Greece and Cyprus and within ten (10) working days in other foreign countries. In the event that your order is completed by submitting it to us after 12:30, the delivery time increases by one working day, in accordance with the above. The above deadlines do not apply during periods of extreme weather or strikes and in any case of force majeure, which may affect transport and delivery times. In this case, cooperates with specific courier and transport companies. In case you want a transport company of your preference with which does not cooperate, then the transport costs are charged to you regardless of the value of the order and the place/time of delivery. In the above cases we will contact you to ask you if you want us to deliver the order without the product that is delayed or unavailable, or to suggest an alternative, or to inform you of the delivery time of the product that is not immediate available. In case you are not satisfied with our proposal, you have the right to cancel the order in part or in its entirety and to return any money you have paid, in any case to give you the alternatives available to our Company. The courier company we work with is Speedex SA. Couriers In the event that the area you have declared your products to be sent to is not served by the Speedex SA network. Couriers, we are responsible for sending your order to you in an alternative way. Shipments abroad are charged with shipping costs of the applicable shipping price list per order, regardless of the value of the products ordered.
